On May, 6 we celebrated 10 years of Erickson Coaching Austria togehther with many international Erickson partners and with the founder of Erickson Coaching International, Marilyn Atkonson. In autumn, two training programs will start again:
The Art & Science of Coaching (Start on October 15) and High Performance Team Coaching (24.-27.09.26).
The Art & Science of Coaching - TASC in 4 modules
Whether you are a leader looking to bring your leadership skills to the next level or want to professionalise your coaching skills, our world-renowned The Art & Science of Coaching course will help you to succeed. Module I from the essential course will take place October 15th- 18th, 2026 (in English). I am happy to be the facilitator of Module II in November this year!
Dates:
Module I - essential course 1: 15.-18.10.2026
Module II - essential course 2: 12.-15.11.2026
Module III - advanced application course 1: 10.-13.12.2026
Module IV - advanced application course 2: 14.-17.01.2027
Participants will develop a foundation in the theory and practices of solution focused coaching. They will gain awareness of what underlies all great transformations and gain experience applying coaching methodologies on multiple levels.
This supports everyone to lead every conversation to a clear goal and tangible results. Coaching as a management style helps people to find greater job satisfaction, develop leadership potential and find more agreement between personal and corporate vision. Coaching applied in the field of business allows clearer understanding of business vision, boosts team spirit, inspires and enhances the enthusiasm of the staff.

Erickson's TASC course offers you the opportunity to complete a program, which is accredited by the world's largest coaching association (ICF-International Coach Federation) and meets its "gold standard". This program is regularly offered on-site in Vienna. It is solution-focused, based on neuroscientific principles and world-renowned for training coaches to partner with their clients in transformative change. The program is structured to equip you with the most comprehensive coaching skills and opportunities to succeed.
If you want to become a professional coach, you can complete the accredited program as an ACC (Accredited Coach) or a PCC (Professional Coach).
