Legal basis Performance of the contract
We process personal data in order to provide our services (e.g. in order to be able to document current topics and developments during coaching / team coaching, to prepare expert opinions in diagnostic procedures, to make offers and invoices).
Storage period/deletion period
We store your data for the entire duration of the business relationship. After termination of the business relationship, the data will be deleted and stored only in accordance with the statutory storage and documentation obligations.
Joint responsible persons/order processors
Depending on the task and project, we also operate this data processing together with other responsible parties. All partner companies/contract processors are contractually obliged to treat their data confidentially and to process it exclusively within the framework of the provision of services.
Data transmission
We only pass on your data to persons specified in advance (e.g. in the case of reports to superiors) and for billing purposes to our tax consultant.
Information on legal remedies
In principle, you are entitled to the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability and objection. Please contact us for this. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde) is responsible.
