Brave Dialog - a game changer - and I am certified facilitator

Since the beginning of the year, I have been a certified Brave Dialogue Facilitator and am happy that two Brave Dialog workshops took place with great success in an Austrian company and that I facilitated both of them. The Brave Dialogue offers a very efficient preparation for your employees for any change process. I am happy to be available for further information.
In October, the next Brave Dialogue OPEN will take place, a 3-day training for everyone not only wanting to experience courageous dialogues but also initiate them; for people who want to establish a new conversation culture in their organization, in their team, in their community. And in doing so, rely on genuine connection instead of concepts.

We tend to avoid complex conversations as we fear unpleasant feelings and consequences or cannot find the right words.
In this workshop, we enable clarity in your mind and in your heart. We teach you how to organize and prepare yourself so that you can enable lively dialogues. You will develop your Brave Heart and then be able to strengthen it in yourself and in others. And you will get to know a feedback approach based on Noble Friendship. With this new mindset, it will be easy for you to conduct even uncomfortable conversations calmly.
The application of the learned knowledge in customer relationships, partnerships, and self-dialogues is part of the seminar. You will receive concrete steps for the transfer into your private and professional daily life.
